The St. Maarten Chamber of Commerce and Industry confirmed that all nomination forms for its upcoming Board of Directors elections met the required criteria for both the Small and Large Business sectors.
For the Large Business sector, three candidates were approved for two available seats: Anastacio Baker, Mirurgia Brown, and Charlise Philips.
For the Small Business sector, five candidates were approved for one seat: Baker, Brown, Chun Ho Chiu (Howard), Nikhil Kukreja, and Philips.
COCI reminded eligible voters that voting cards will be available for pickup at the Chamber office from November 25 until December 5, before noon on Election Day. Voters must present valid identification and are encouraged to turn out in strong numbers to support the candidates they believe best represent their business interests.
