The Joint Court of Justice has announced a session-free period across all its branches in connection with the upcoming holidays. This period will run from December 20, 2025, through January 3, 2026. During this time, significantly fewer hearings will be held, and in principle, no regular court sessions are scheduled. Exceptions will apply only for urgent matters, summary proceedings, and a limited number of hearings that were already set prior to the holiday period.
The Court also advised that all branches will be fully closed on public holidays, as well as on Wednesday, December 24, Wednesday, December 31, and Thursday, January 2, due to officially designated Reduction of Working Hours, or ATV days. Reception desks will remain open during normal business hours on regular working days, except on public holidays and ATV days. Normal court operations, including regular opening days and times, will resume on Monday, January 5, 2026.
