The downtime was caused by a scheduled operating system update that encountered unforeseen technical issues, requiring a full server rebuild. The technical team has successfully completed the restoration and verified that all systems are functioning at full capacity.
DCOMM reassures the public that additional safeguards and enhanced security measures are being implemented to prevent similar disruptions in the future. During the outage, residents were advised to rely on official government social media channels and local media for urgent updates and public advisories.
