St. Maarten Flavors is returning with a new format, and enrollment is now open for restaurants and culinary partners.

The St. Maarten Hospitality and Trade Association, in partnership with the St. Maarten Tourist Bureau, says the campaign is moving to June and expanding into a year-round platform to promote the island as the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean.

Now in its fifth year, St. Maarten Flavors will no longer be limited to one month of dining specials. Participating restaurants will be featured throughout the year on StMaartenFlavors.com, where each business can highlight a signature dish that represents its culinary identity.

June will now become the island’s Culinary Month, with restaurants encouraged to create special “Off the Menu” experiences. These can include signature dishes, three-course menus, chef’s tastings, wine pairings, cooking classes, farm-to-table events, dinner cruises, and other culinary experiences.

The new model gives restaurants more flexibility while giving residents and visitors one central place to discover where to eat in St. Maarten.

Restaurants, culinary entrepreneurs, and food lovers are invited to take part, with more information available at StMaartenFlavors.com.
