NAGICO Dutch Caribbean B.V. has appointed Reza Mc Sood Amjad as its new Chairman.
NAGICO Dutch Caribbean B.V. is the holding company for several insurance operating entities within the NAGICO Group.
Amjad is no stranger to the organization, having previously served as a director and worked alongside the leadership team that helped build NAGICO into one of the Caribbean’s most recognized insurance providers.
He succeeds the longstanding chairmanship of his father, continuing a family legacy of business leadership and regional stewardship.
Amjad is a graduate of St. John’s University in New York and was a founding member of the Motorworld Group of Companies. He is also the owner and CEO of the SIXT Car Rental franchise in St. Maarten.
NAGICO says his appointment marks a new phase of strategic governance, with a focus on innovation, resilience, customer trust, and continued regional growth.
The company also confirmed continued leadership roles for Imran Mc Sood Amjad, Marlon Matser, and Group CEO Kyria Ali, emphasizing stability and continuity across the organization.
