Participants also received practical advice on establishing sustainable businesses in St. Maarten.

Meanwhile, Colombian naval vessel ARC “24 de Julio” visited Curaçao to commemorate 200 years of diplomatic relations between Colombia and the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

The vessel was officially welcomed in Willemstad by Colombia’s Ambassador and Consul to Curaçao and the ship’s commander.

It was later opened to the public at Mathey Wharf.

Officials say the visit highlighted maritime cooperation while strengthening relations with Curaçao’s Colombian community.
