The New Season Advisory Bureau and Sucker Garden Community Minded Leaders Foundation will host a free community town hall Thursday evening.
The event will focus on employment, entrepreneurship, training and skills development, with particular attention given to empowering young people.
Representatives from the Chamber of Commerce, Department of Labour and New Season Advisory Bureau will provide practical information about jobs, business development and workforce training.
Following the presentations, residents can participate in a panel discussion and question-and-answer session.
Organizers say the meeting will connect community members with key institutions while allowing residents to share their perspectives and help shape Sucker Garden’s future.
The event will be held under the theme, “Information. Opportunity. Empowerment. Together, We Build Stronger Communities.”
It takes place Thursday, August twenty-seventh, from six to eight p.m. at the Lions Den in Sucker Garden.
Admission is free, and all residents are encouraged to attend.
